E.I.B.E.is a non profit association founded as a result of the need to establish a programme for the study and preservation of cetaceans in existence on the Basque coast.
E.I.B.E.'s main target is to increase the general public´s knowledge of these sea creatures, based on the results of scientific experiments. Our long-term objetive is the preservation of cetaceans living in the waters of the Gulf of Biscay, and also of the resources of this exploited and polluted cantabrian sea.
E.I.B.E. has joined forces with many others who are endeavouring to improve the conditions of cetaceans and their habitat-the sea!
